In our new WALLNERWERK, which we will soon move into, we have relied on a completely new and environmentally friendly technology for heating: an ice storage. Servus TV visited us last year to show and explain this type of heating.
We are designing the new WALLNERWERK to be as sustainable as possible – in addition to green roof areas, an eco-park for native species and much more, our state-of-the-art ice storage facility is also a central feature. This means that we will soon be able to generate the energy to run the WALLNERWERK ourselves. Just like the technology in vehicles, we are also excited about the ice storage facility, with which we are leading the way as a model of sustainable management.
