At the beginning of May, we opened the classic car season with our WALLNER Classic in-house exhibition “Spring Awakening”. Around 200 guests came to our WALLNERWERK on May 4, 2024 and spent a day with us on the subject of automobiles with wonderful temperatures and sunshine.
In addition to an exciting expert talk by the GSGroup on the topic of “All-time safety for your vehicle” and our racing simulator, there was a lot more to discover on this day: Wonderful automobiles were on display in our showroom – from the Mercedes-Benz 190 SL to a classic from the R129 series, there were various vehicles from different models and model ranges.
Our guests were also able to take a look behind the scenes and have a look around our workshop. Some impressive vehicle highlights were also on display here, such as a Lagonda V12 – Le Mans Spec, a Jaguar E-Type Coupé racing version, a Ferrari 275 GTB/4 and a Mercedes-Benz 300 SL Gullwing. Another absolute eye-catcher was a Porsche 908; driver: Steve McQueen.
Managing Director Rouven Genz personally presented the vehicle highlights and their history during two guided tours. There was also a tour of the entire WALLNERWERK, which was attended by many interested people. Of course, there were also plenty of culinary delicacies on this wonderful day.
